Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology roles, including 8+ years in software product management.
• 4+ years of experience leading product managers with coaching and development focus.
• Experience in commercial software or SaaS preferred; equivalent rigor from enterprise IT backgrounds accepted.
• Proven ownership of product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong product discovery skills, including user research and evidence-based decision-making.
• Ability to define outcome measures and establish baselines before delivery.
• Experience managing requirements and delivery partnerships with engineering.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director, Software Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will guide the strategy and execution of a software product portfolio focused on security automation, with an emphasis on outcomes, adoption, and long-term roadmap planning. The role will partner closely with engineering and other stakeholders to shape product direction, define requirements, and deliver solutions that meet evolving business and user needs. As a people leader, this person will coach and develop product managers while balancing portfolio ownership with team leadership. The position also requires strong judgment in evaluating build-versus-buy options and grounding decisions in market and vendor analysis. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $144,200 – $288,400 annually.
