Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related leadership roles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

• Experience designing and facilitating workshops that lead to actionable decisions.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle is preferred.

This role will shape product direction for technology solutions that support enterprise needs and improve how the organization operates. You will partner closely with corporate leaders and cross-functional teams to turn complex business challenges into clear priorities, actionable requirements, and measurable execution plans. The position requires strong judgment in product strategy, discovery, and facilitation, with a focus on aligning roadmap decisions to business outcomes.

You will also help establish operating rhythms that keep stakeholders informed, maintain momentum, and ensure product work stays connected to broader organizational goals.

Compensation: $115,000 – $183,000 annually
