Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Product Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the GTM & Delivery engine for Signals within the Converge for FSI portfolio. You will shape commercialization, coordinate with Market Makers, and guide engagements from pre-sale to delivery to drive client value.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineering teams, manage scope and timelines, and contribute reusable assets and playbooks to accelerate future deployments while building executive-level client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Market Research, Data Science or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of client-facing management or technology consulting experience.
• 2+ years in the financial services industry consulting/delivery.
• Willingness to travel 20-40% and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sale: build relationships with market makers and client executives; deliver pitches and demos.
• Pre-Sale: develop go-to-market materials and pricing models with Sales and Product teams.
• Post-Sale: lead POCs and in-market testing; manage scope, timeline, outcomes.
• Post-Sale: translate client needs to Product Managers; create delivery playbooks.
• Provide ongoing feedback to clients and product teams; maintain guardrails for engagements.
