Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Product Forward Deployed Engineer (pFDE) for the Converge for FSI team in the United States. You will be the GTM & Delivery engine for Signals, shaping opportunities, pitching to C-suite executives, and guiding delivery from concept to client outcomes.

You will drive commercialization models, licensing, and cross‑functional execution with product managers, engineers, and Market Makers, travel 20–40%, and push AI-native FS products to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MBA with relevant mix of business, technology, and data skills.
• Experience in client-facing management or technology consulting is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to scope, sequence, and troubleshoot data/technology implementations without hands-on coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-Sale activities: build relationships with market makers, prepare pitches, and develop go-to-market materials.
• Post-Sale: guide delivery of proofs of concept, manage scope and timelines, and ensure client outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to inform feature backlog and drive commercialization strategies.
• Create reusable delivery assets and playbooks to accelerate future engagements.
