Job summary

Deloitte's Converge for FSI team is building differentiated financial services products. As a Product Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll act as the GTM and delivery engine for Signals, working with product managers, engineers, and market makers to qualify fit, pitch, demo, and deliver concepts.

You will drive commercialization models, licensing, and client outcomes, while guiding junior resources and shaping product strategy within the GM leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing management or technology consulting / professional services experience.
• 2+ years delivering consulting/technology engagements to the financial services industry.
• Experience working with engineering, data science, or technical delivery teams to scope and troubleshoot data/tech implementations.
• Proven ability to contribute to sales activities (client pitches, proposals, demos).
• Ability to travel 20-40% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sale: build relationships with market makers and decision-makers, shape product opportunities.
• Pre-Sale: deliver pitches and demos to client executives and translate product value into a business case.
• Pre-Sale: develop go-to-market materials for reuse across engagements.
• Post-Sale: lead delivery of scoped proofs of concept and in-market testing with engineering and data science teams.
• Post-Sale: manage post-sale client relationships and project scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Post-Sale: translate client requirements back to product teams and inform the product backlog.
