You will lead the design strategy for a product area, partnering with Product and Engineering to shape high-impact solutions for public safety professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional product design experience and demonstrated ownership of shipped software products.
• 5+ years designing complex enterprise SaaS products or similarly sophisticated systems and workflows.
• Track record of leading design for a substantial product area, including setting direction and driving from discovery through shipped outcomes.
• Strong product judgment and ability to balance customer needs, strategy, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Set the design direction for a critical product area and create a clear, long-term vision.
• Lead a cross-functional initiative from discovery through delivery with Product and Engineering.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, business priorities, and long-term strategy in decisions.
• Translate high-stakes workflows for first responders into intuitive, reliable experiences across dispatch and mobile apps.
• Contribute to the design system, raise craft quality, and guide other designers.
