The ideal candidate will have mortgage processing experience, experience managing teams, and the ability to coach performance while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage origination, processing, closing from start to finish.
• Experience managing and leading teams.
• Experience coaching performance and building metrics for benchmarking.
• Software skills: LOS, MS Office, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Processing Team from loan origination through closing.
• Develop and improve processing workflows and documentation standards.
• Mentor loan processors and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast closings, and coordinate daily meetings.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
