Job summary

NBH Bank in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processing Manager to lead our loan processing team and ensure smooth movement from application to underwriting and closing.

You will coach processors, optimize workflows, enforce TRID/RESPA/TILA compliance, and collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and operations to deliver timely, accurate results. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience managing a mortgage loan processing team is required.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and familiarity with TRID/RESPA/TILA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mortgage processing function to ensure loans move efficiently from application to underwriting and closing.
• Oversee daily workflow, staff performance, compliance, and service delivery to internal partners and clients.
• Coach and develop processors; optimize operational processes and ensure files meet regulatory and investor guidelines.
• Provide leadership and team management through hiring, onboarding, training, and team meetings; foster collaboration among loan officers, underwriters, and processors.
• Redistribute pipelines based on volume and troubleshoot escalated processing issues to maintain timely processing.
