Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan processing experience.
• Xinnix Training completion for Processing.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs loan application information.
• Reviews residential loan applications for completeness and compliance.
• Orders verifications (income, assets, credit, liabilities) to confirm data.
• Prepares and generates loan disclosures and application forms for borrowers.
• Orders title work, insurance, appraisals, and other property items for the loan.
• Communicates status and issues to the supervisor or Loan Originator; submits file for underwriting.
