NBH Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processing Manager to oversee the end-to-end loan lifecycle and drive efficiency across processing teams in Colorado. You will mentor processors, manage daily workflows, and ensure compliance with TRID, RESPA, TILA, and investor guidelines.

The role requires 5+ years of mortgage processing leadership, an associate degree (or equivalent) with a preference for a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Encompass or LOS and MS Office. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years managing a mortgage loan processing team.
• Driving may be required; valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the mortgage processing function to ensure loans move efficiently from application to underwriting and closing.
• Coach and develop processors; optimize operational processes and ensure regulatory/compliance standards.
• Oversee daily workflow, performance, and service delivery to internal partners and clients; manage hiring and training.
• Foster collaboration among loan officers, underwriters, and processors and lead continuous process improvements.
