Qualifications
- Five to seven years of mortgage banking or mortgage lending experience.
- Prior management and supervisory experience is required.
- Familiarity with automated Loan Origination Systems and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the In House Processing Team to ensure smooth, timely operations.
- Maintain data integrity across loan origination systems and processes.
- Coach and train staff on handling difficult client scenarios.
- Collaborate with Underwriting and other teams to optimize workflows.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes.
