Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Manager, Process Improvement to lead large-scale projects that enhance asset integrity across engineering, inspection, and site operations. You will analyze data, design improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable value while managing scope, budget, and timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in process improvement, PMP/Lean Six Sigma is preferred, and a hybrid work model with office days plus potential travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in leading large scale, complex process improvement projects.
• 2-5+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of the five project management process groups.
• Familiarity with site operations standards and practices is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation of process improvement projects to achieve desired results.
• Innovatively design process solutions by analyzing data and evaluating key business components, staying within time, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with many stakeholders to ensure a common understanding and bring necessary skills to the improvement process.
• Enact lasting changes to preserve asset integrity via a consultative approach to leadership that defines and measures value delivered through people, tasks, and systems.
• Provides guidance and expertise to supported teams on process, leveraging cross-functional perspectives to consult on problems, risks, and opportunities.
• Directs all process improvement project resources and spends time with teams to identify opportunities.
