Job summary

Crown Castle Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Manager Quality Assurance to lead a team of QA engineers, develop and implement a comprehensive QA management system, and drive continuous improvement across structural tower construction, inspections, and related procedures.

The role emphasizes training, vendor qualification, and cross-functional collaboration with assets and operations. Strong knowledge of construction standards and OSHA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of construction/maintenance experience.
• 3+ years leading a team of technical experts.
• Knowledge of structural and civil construction standards, processes, and materials.
• Experience with quality management systems and ISO 9000 family is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QA engineers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop and apply Quality Assurance Management Systems to maintain quality of operations.
• Document inspection results and present findings to leadership.
• Schedule and manage QA meetings with stakeholders to address non-conformances.
• Conduct field and desktop audits of construction, inspections, and related activities.
