Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own fixture development, NPD, and capital tooling from intake to acceptance. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks, and produce transparent Power BI dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes process standardization, manufacturing systems input, and ongoing improvement across projects, with travel as needed and a reporting line to the MTC Manager.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years related experience required.
• Associate Degree required; non-degree considered with 8+ years experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Own fixture, NPD, and capital tooling requests from intake to acceptance.
• Lead project meetings, define objectives, and manage critical path activities.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards to report fixture status to stakeholders.
• Define and standardize efficient development processes across teams.
• Provide inputs for integrated manufacturing systems design and deployment.
• Identify risks, set priorities, and drive actions to support development initiatives.
• Communicate verification/validation activities for fixture development and acceptance.
• Monitor schedules and costs to support timely decisions and issue resolution.
• Provide concise development status updates to team, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Perform post-development reviews to drive continuous improvement.
