Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a Lead Engineer to supervise and direct a team of process engineers and designers on large capital projects. You will be responsible for delivering complete process engineering deliverables on time and within budget, while maintaining quality standards and ensuring safety practices across the project.

The ideal candidate has 15 years of industrial experience in chemical/petroleum/biochemical design, strong project controls, and expertise in process

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant industrial experience in chemical, petroleum, or biochemical process design.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers and designers on major capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of process safety concepts and project controls.
• Experience in estimating, scheduling, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with CAD drafting standards and process simulation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and technical direction to engineers and designers as Lead Engineer.
• Deliver process engineering scope on time, within budget, meeting quality expectations.
• Prepare professional service estimates and manage project changes.
• Establish design criteria, ensure client requirements, and compliance with codes.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in business development activities.
