Job summary

FedEx Office in Coppell, TX is seeking a Production Lead Coordinator, Manufacturing to oversee multiple work streams in the plant. This role coordinates production, quality, and shipping, and provides print ready files and order details to the production team to ensure on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Manufacturing, you will help manage production processes across shifts, ensure adequate inventory, and support customer service by solving problems with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of high-volume manufacturing or quality control experience.
• Prior FXO products & services experience preferred.
• Commercial print environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake, track and log production jobs for all work streams.
• Provide print ready production files and complete order details.
• Provide order scheduling and routing information to Production team members.
• Ensure adequate inventory is available to produce requested orders.
• Responsible for ensuring quality during and after production process.
• Coordinate shipping of all customer orders.
• Provide customer service, including anticipating needs and problem-solving.
• Assist in the training of plant team members.
• Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing plant functions.
