Job summary

FedEx Office in Coppell, TX is seeking a Production Lead Coordinator to oversee production, quality, and shipping across all work streams. You will supply print-ready files and detailed orders to the production team and assist the Assistant Manager in managing workflows to ensure on-time, high-quality output.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in high-volume manufacturing or quality control, with preference for FXO products and commercial print environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in FXO products/services and commercial print environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Intake, track and log production jobs for all work streams.
• Provide print ready production files and order details.
• Provide order scheduling and routing information to Production team members.
• Ensure adequate inventory is available to produce requested orders.
• Responsible for ensuring quality during and after production processes.
• Coordinate shipping of all customer orders.
• Provide customer service with minimal supervision and problem-solve customer solutions.
• Assist in training plant team members.
