Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, expert service to customers and manage consultative selling.
• Oversee production flow to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Take orders, provide pricing, and upsell FedEx Office products and services.
• Lead digital imaging, black-and-white/color production, and finishing on complex orders.
• Coordinate multiple tasks and ensure quality throughout the production process.
• Assist in training store team members and supervise shifts when needed.
• Operate the POS terminal and handle financial transactions.
