Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service to all customers.
• Manages production flow to ensure orders are done right and on time.
• Takes customer orders, provides pricing, recommends FedEx Office products and services, and tracks production jobs.
• Leads digital imaging and runs complex orders, including finishing services and large job management.
• Operates POS and handles financial transactions; assists with daily sales and bank deposits.
