Zusammenfassung

Steer is seeking a Principal Engineer, Agentic AI to lead the Core Platform Team in advancing our CRM suite for auto repair shops. You will drive technical strategy, design scalable components, and push AI-powered features into production, collaborating closely with product and engineering to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will own architecture and implement agentic workflows, ensuring security and maintainability while scaling to meet market demand.

Qualifikationen

Must have 7+ years of professional experience building complex, web-based SaaS products.
Demonstrates ownership and accountability with a fast-paced delivery mindset.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and deploying AI-powered features.
Experience shaping architecture for scalable, agentic-enabled platforms.

Aufgaben

Own technical strategy and architecture for the Steer CRM core platform.
Lead design of reusable full‑stack components and services.
Drive adaptive development to incorporate new integrations and core infrastructure.
Partner with Product to translate user needs into robust architectural decisions.
Champion security, test automation, and maintainability through code reviews.
Influence CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and IaC practices.
