Job summary

Steer is seeking a visionary Principal Full Stack Engineer to join our Core Platform Team and steer the CRM platform into the next generation through architectural leadership and product ownership. We are refactoring toward agentic-first AI-driven workflows, building autonomous production capabilities and scalable, reusable components across the stack.

This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with leadership, and delivering impactful results.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience building complex, web-based SaaS products.

AI & LLM Integration: hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
AI in Production: deploying AI-powered features and autonomous workflows in production.
AI-Driven CI/CD: integrating AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
Database Expertise: relational and NoSQL databases with design and optimization.
Exceptional Communication: translate complex tech concepts to leadership.

Responsibilities

Technical Strategy & Ownership: focus on core CRM components and data processing.
Architectural Vision: design reusable full‑stack components and services.
Adaptive Development: pivot with evolving business needs and integrations.
Customer-Centric Engineering: partner with Product to resolve user pain points.
Code Excellence: champion security, testing, and maintainability.
Modern DevOps & Agentic Infrastructure: influence CI/CD, containerization, and IaC.
