Qualifications

• 12+ years managing and writing proposals for industry.
• 5+ years leading proposals for industry and working with a program office in weapons or platforms.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to attain a Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate contractor price proposals for reasonableness, completeness, and realism.
• Develop the government’s pre-negotiation objectives and support the contracting officer.
• Serve as the intake point for proposals and drive timelines to award.
