Job summary

Raytheon, a leading defense contractor in Richardson, TX, seeks a Pricing and Proposals lead to plan and manage cost proposals in line with customer requirements and regulations. This onsite role requires security clearance qualifications and collaboration across BD, program management, and contracts.

The successful candidate will guide pricing teams, perform cost analyses, and mentor junior analysts, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and readiness for government audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience on a proposal management team including BD, program management, finance, contracts, or related functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and pricing tools like ProPricer is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and perform pricing and cost proposal development per customer requirements and regulations.
• Own all pricing support functions from pre-RFP activities through negotiations.
• Organize and lead pricing teams for large competitive proposals.
• Conduct basis of estimate reviews and cost realism analyses to support proposal quality.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior pricing analysts.
