Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years in pricing/estimating or related analytical field.
• Master’s degree plus 10 years in pricing/estimating or related analytical field.
• PhD plus 8 years in pricing/estimating or related analytical field.
• Ability to perform cost accounting, pricing and estimating concepts and principles.
• Experience meeting deadlines in multi‑proposal environments with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word; strong writing ability for PCAR.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with DCAA and coordinate data requests.
• Act as Price Cost Analysis focal for capture efforts; provide pricing insight and recommendations.
• Review complex high‑value PCARs with rigorous oversight before submission.
• Train and mentor staff; develop job aids and templates to speed learning.
• Ensure analyses align with program, functional and corporate expectations; follow estimating system rules.
• Improve analysis quality, documentation, and repeatability; ensure issues are escalated timely.
• Support accountability and performance discipline in the PCAR process; ensure commitments are met.
