Job summary

You will produce and review detailed estimates, apply advanced estimating tools, and collaborate with design, operations, and business development to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading preconstruction/estimating teams across civil, structural, architectural and MEP disciplines.
• 5+ years producing and reviewing detailed cost estimates with advanced estimating tools and market insights.
• 5+ years in risk management, contract review and value management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction process and resources to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective services within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with design, operations and business development; challenge design assumptions and track value‑management options.
