The ideal candidate will have 9+ years in the industry, expertise in commercial estimating and Value Management, and strong proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of full-time relevant industry experience.
• 7+ years of experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software solutions.
• Knowledge of Value Management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process and resources that provide quality pre-construction services for internal and external clients.
• Review progress of existing projects to ensure completion within the established pre-construction scope.
