Red Seat Ventures is seeking a Manager Revenue Partnerships focused on growing its Podcast & Audio Creator portfolio. You will align podcast ad sales, revenue partnerships, and creator monetization to transform client marketing objectives into multi-platform sponsorships.

You will act as the strategic backbone for sales executives, carving out innovative ideas to unlock budget across holding company agencies and deliver scalable, brand-safe sponsorships across audio and video ecosystems.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7+ years in media/advertising sales development, media planning, digital audio partnerships, or agency-side audio buying.
• Deep knowledge of the podcast landscape, including host-read dynamics, programmatic audio and attribution tools.
• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign ROI and optimize ad spend.
• Outstanding written and presentation skills for pitching high-level media buyers and brand directors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment backed by a large enterprise.

Aufgaben

• Custom Proposals: Architect both proactive and reactive custom campaigns tailored to brand objectives using our entire podcast audio and video ecosystem.
• Inventory Packaging: Creatively package podcast inventory; including pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll, and personal endorsements integrations around spiked interest periods throughout the year.
• Multi-Platform Extensions: Integrate and build audio sponsorships with digital video (YouTube), social media extensions, events and distribution across streaming platforms.
• Executive Storytelling: Build high-impact, visually compelling pitch presentations that are client-facing and best in class.
• GTM Strategy and Framework: Coordinate cross-functionally with multiple teams to establish SLAs, product minimums and streamline GTM for each show.
