Job summary

Fox Corporation, via Red Seat Ventures, seeks a strategic Sales Leader to manage and grow a NYC-based team focused on podcast, YouTube, and creator-led media. You will partner with agencies, craft revenue-driving strategies, and own forecasting and quota planning.

The role requires a track record of closing complex deals, 12+ years in digital/media sales, and strong leadership to develop talent. A hybrid NYC presence is expected with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

12+ years of digital/media sales experience.
5+ years of direct management experience at a major media company.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals.
Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, including platforms and trends.
Strong financial acumen with forecasting and revenue management.
Mentorship of early-career sales talent through strategic coaching.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing NYC-based sales team to exceed revenue targets.
Cultivate senior-level agency partnerships with holding companies to accelerate revenue growth.
Oversee RFP responses and ensure best-in-market client service.
Manage disciplined pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.
Develop and implement innovative ad sales go-to-market strategies.
Forecast revenue, manage quotas, and report progress to leadership.
Collaborate with marketing, research, operations, and creator teams on solutions.
Invest in team growth through coaching and mentorship.
