Bleav, a leading sports and entertainment media company, is seeking a Sales Associate for our Talent Partnerships. This remote role focuses on growing podcast creator relationships and identifying opportunities in digital media and influencer marketing.

You’ll engage hosts, podcasters, YouTubers, and influencers, building strategies and partnerships to expand Bleav’s network. You will drive outreach, manage inquiries, and collaborate with agents and networks while tracking progress and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or similar fields.
• Familiarity with podcasting, YouTube, content creators, or the digital media landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with talent, podcasters, hosts, YouTubers, agencies and creators.
• Lead targeted outreach efforts to prospective clients and partners.
• Manage and respond to inbound interest, qualifying leads and moving them through the pipeline.
• Analyze performance data and industry trends to support strategy and outreach.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach, leads, deals, and contacts.
• Build trusted relationships with podcast networks, creators, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay on top of industry trends and become an expert in the podcasting and creator economy.
