Job summary

Stantec's Energy & Resources group seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead multi-discipline teams on thermal generation projects in North America, serving as seller-doer to help win work and deliver owner’s engineer or detailed design services for simple cycle, combined cycle, and repowering initiatives.

You will guide project execution, manage risk, ensure schedule, budget, and quality, and mentor staff across offices while expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• Engineering design and construction experience on power plant projects.
• Expertise in project management including leadership, scheduling, controls, and document control.
• Strong communicator and team player with experience across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management expertise to energy teams.
• Lead energy projects/programs and manage risks, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate to promote PM best practices and ensure client satisfaction.
