• Hands-on in automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end, load).
• Strong observability practices: logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring.
• Experience designing reliability patterns for distributed systems.
• Lead a small engineering pod and manage contractor resources.
• Experience operating cloud-native apps on Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for platform scale and reliability across NBA platform.
• Maintain uptime, performance, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Develop automated testing frameworks and quality gates.
• Write production code and build reliability tooling and observability capabilities.
• Define and enforce release readiness criteria and diagnostics.
