• Hands-on design and implementation of automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of observability: logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring.
• Experience designing reliability patterns for distributed systems.
• Leadership of a small engineering pod and contractor management.
• Experience operating cloud-native apps on Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Pod delivery ownership for platform scale and reliability.
• Own uptime, performance, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for various testing types.
• Hands-on development contributing production code and tooling.
• Own logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and monitoring strategies.
• Define patterns for error handling, fault tolerance, and diagnostics.
• Lead scalability initiatives and ensure production readiness.
