Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and manage donor data. The role requires standing for shift and ability to lift limited weights, with evenings, weekends, and holidays expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Setup, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measures and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to floor and compensate using the Debit Card system.
