Job summary

APC is seeking a seasoned maintenance leader to guide the plant maintenance team in a fast-paced food production environment. You will supervise a maintenance crew, develop preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with engineering and production to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

This role requires strong PLC and electrical knowledge, supervisory experience, and a commitment to safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in maintenance/engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of equipment maintenance in manufacturing.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in plant operations; PLC knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance crew involved in maintenance and installation of equipment.
• Develop, implement and prioritize preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborates with engineering and production to accommodate new machinery and processes.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Coordinate work orders, track budgets and project timelines.
