Monogram-Management-Services-Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a food production facility. You will guide technicians on shifts to ensure equipment uptime and safe operation, while improving reliability and process safety.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, leadership, and documentation skills, with preference for ammonia refrigeration experience and USDA environment familiarity. May require extended hours based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of maintenance experience in a food production environment.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience/certification highly desired.
• Experience working in a USDA environment is a plus.
• Completion of some college coursework in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Relevant certifications are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct maintenance staff on a shift to keep production running smoothly.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and drive equipment reliability.
• Review and close work orders; ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Read schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Coordinate with production and management on changes or downtime.
• Ensure tools and parts are available; track assets and inventory.
• Support audits and participate in root cause analysis.
