Job summary

Perdue AgriBusiness is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team, plan all maintenance activities, and keep production running at peak efficiency while championing safe work practices.

You’ll own preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and coordinate rebuilds or replacements to minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Troubleshooting ability and technical knowledge of production, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a maintenance team to keep production running at peak efficiency.
• Own preventive maintenance programs and coordinate rebuilds or replacements.
• Organize and plan regular maintenance work on all equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Evaluate and enhance facility systems and equipment performance.
