Job summary
Jobot is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will provide hands-on technical leadership to ensure reliability, safety, and optimal performance of production equipment and facility systems.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in industrial maintenance with strong electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting abilities, and experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
- Experience leading maintenance teams.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley / Siemens).
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical drawings and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct maintenance technicians during operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automated production equipment.
- Support PLC-controlled equipment using Allen-Bradley, Siemens platforms.
- Diagnose 3-phase electrical systems, drives, motors, controls, and instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics; maintain conveyors and pumps.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities; ensure GMP compliance.
