Job summary

APC is seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop the maintenance team in a food processing facility in Iowa. You will supervise a crew, implement preventive maintenance, and coordinate equipment upgrades while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in a food processing environment, strong electrical/PLC knowledge, and a proven track record in maintenance leadership. On-site position with active collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in a food processing environment preferred; 5+ years equipment maintenance experience required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience required; strong electrical and PLC knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance crew involved in maintenance and installation of equipment and systems.
• Develops, implements and sets priorities for preventive maintenance program.
• Coordinates maintenance department workflow and ensures safe operation of equipment.
