Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 9+ years of pipeline engineering experience including design, analysis, and construction support.
• PE license in TX required or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Experience with pipeline design software and hydraulic modeling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic and pipe design calculations for water and wastewater pipelines.
• Prepare designs, specifications, and drawings for complex pipeline projects, including alignment studies and commissioning.
• Apply industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements to guide design and installation.
• Provide construction-phase engineering support and respond to RFIs.
• Evaluate existing pipeline systems and recommend rehabilitation or replacement approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support junior staff development.
