Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in pipeline engineering, including design, analysis, and construction support.
• Professional Engineer license in California required or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Experience with pipeline design software and hydraulic modeling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pipeline design and analysis for water and wastewater systems.
• Prepare designs, specifications, drawings, and alignments for complex pipelines.
• Apply industry standards and regulatory requirements to guide pipeline design.
• Provide construction-phase engineering support and respond to RFIs.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend rehabilitation or replacement approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
