You’ll play a key role from planning through construction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting junior staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pipeline engineering, including design, analysis, and construction support.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure standards and regulations.
• PE license in CA, OR and/or WA preferred or obtainable within 6 months.
• Experience with pipeline design software and hydraulic modeling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to pipeline design, hydraulic analysis, and construction support.
• Prepare designs, specifications, and drawings for pipeline projects.
• Apply industry standards and regulatory requirements to guide design.
• Provide construction-phase engineering support and respond to RFIs.
• Support asset management decisions and rehabilitation planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
