Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar engineering field.
• 9+ years of experience in pipeline engineering, including design, analysis, and construction support.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in TX required or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Experience with pipeline design software and hydraulic modeling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic and pipe design calculations for water and wastewater pipelines.
• Prepare designs, specifications, and drawings for complex pipeline projects, including alignment studies and analyses.
• Apply industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements to guide design and installation.
• Provide construction-phase engineering support, review submittals, and respond to RFIs.
• Evaluate existing pipelines, conduct condition assessments, and recommend rehab or replacement approaches.
