Kennedy Care Center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and to develop physician-approved treatment plans. You will supervise PT assistants, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory, and documentation skills, with proficiency in Casamba and Point Click Care. You will collaborate with the health team and participate in conferences and training programs.

Competenze

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; advance degrees preferred.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care software.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical procedures.

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and document delays if any.
