Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; masters/doctorate preferred.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans from referring physicians.
• Supervise PT assistants and assist with training of Restorative Aides.
• Record evaluations, progress notes, and discharge documentation per policy.
• Participate in patient care conferences and discharge planning.
