Responsibilities

• Train new LTAs and students; maintain competency checklists.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of LTAs on assigned shifts.
• Distribute work assignments and liaise between Laboratory and other departments.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures with high success rates and use LIS devices.
