Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Oklahoma City is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead to supervise daily operations of patient service centers and in-office phlebotomy teams. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with travel as needed to support PSCs and IOP sites.

You will coach staff, ensure accurate data entry, maintain logs, assist with onboarding, and partner with supervisors on performance metrics while upholding Quest leadership and patient confidentiality.

Formación

• Phlebotomy experience and leadership responsibilities required.
• English proficiency and data-entry accuracy essential.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of PSCs and IOP sites; mentor staff.
• Ensure accurate data entry, labeling, and specimen handling.
• Provide onboarding and training to new employees.
• Coordinate with Supervisors on performance metrics and compliance.
