Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead in Oklahoma City to manage and mentor the PSC/on-site phlebotomy team, ensure accurate specimen collection and data entry, and support SOPs across sites. The role entails training, scheduling, and collaborating with supervisors to optimize workflow in a high-volume lab environment.

The position requires strong phlebotomy skills, English communication, and the ability to travel for assignments and PSR/IOP support across locations.

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Willingness to travel and cover multiple locations; weekends/holidays/overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures and supervise phlebotomy staff.
• Lead training and onboarding for new employees and PSR team members.
• Ensure data entry accuracy, patient demographics and test orders.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs, prepare schedules, and support off-site meetings.
