• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric collections.

• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and related records.
• Provide onboarding and mentorship to new employees and act as on-site coach.
• Lead on-site PSC/IOP activities and coordinate with supervisors.
