Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead to oversee daily operations across PSC/IOP sites, mentor staff, and ensure timely specimen collection and data integrity. The role requires strong phlebotomy expertise and leadership in high-volume settings.

The candidate should be able to coach teams, manage priorities, and collaborate with Sales, IT, Billing, and Logistics to support complex test orders. Travel to off-site meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Travel and valid driver license may be required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Perform data entry and processing of specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing).
• Assist with scheduling and inventory tasks; maintain logs and records.
• Coach and mentor new employees; provide onboarding for clients and staff.
