Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Phlebotomist Group Lead in Corona, CA. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with rotational weekends and requires a state phlebotomy license. The PSR IV will supervise patient service activities and mentor staff across PSCs, IOPs, and mobile locations.

Qualified candidates bring 7+ years in phlebotomy, leadership skills, and strong customer focus. Pay ranges from $29.40 to $34.95 per hour with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills and strong patient focus.
• Willingness to travel to PSCs/IOPs and cover multiple locations as needed.
• Must have valid phlebotomy credentials and license per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures at PSCs/IOPs.
• Lead and coach staff; ensure accurate data entry and billing where required.
• Maintain logs, inventories, and equipment; support monthly statistics.
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
